He is the founder and director of the Educational Institute Košice s.r.o., operating in the territory of the Slovak Republic with its registered office in Košice and detached workplaces in Bratislava, Rimavská Sobota and abroad, which is engaged in postgraduate (professional) studies in various study programs (MBA and DBA, LL.M. and LL.D., MHA and DHA, MPH and VAT, MPA and DPA, MSc. and DSc., MEM and DEM) and is authorized to perform extracurricular educational activities, counseling as well as to carry out educational programs in the field of social services aimed at performing selected work activities and further education, as well as on the basis of several independent accreditation certificates granted by foreign institutions and universities that are authorized to provide this type of study, and which meet the requirements of regulations and relevant laws in the foreign republic of partners and the standards of the European Union.
He currently works at this Institute as a director and as a member of the academic community / teacher, at the same time he is also the chairman of a civic association. In addition to his teaching activities, he is also an active entrepreneur. Previously, he was a statutory officer and chairman in other legal forms of companies, while his work was and still is in the field of education.

He was born on June 7 in Košice. He graduated from the Grammar School of St. Košice Martyrs in Košice. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Public Administration of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, which he graduated in 2020 in the field of political science (Mgr.) as well as the University of Health and Social Work of St. Elizabeth in Bratislava, where he received the title of “Doctor of Philosophy” (PhDr.) in 2021 in the field of Social Work. After completing postgraduate studies in 2019 at the Warsaw University of Management, he was awarded the title of “Master of Business Administration” (MBA). In 2021, he completed postgraduate studies in “Doctor of Business Administration” (DBA) and “Doctor of Laws” (LL.D.) at the Warsaw University of Management. In 2022, a foreign university from the Czech Republic awarded him the honorary doctorate “Doctor honoris causa” (Dr.h.c.) for extraordinary merits, with thanks and the wish that he continue to perform the merits he makes for society. In 2023, the Warsaw University of Management will award him the title of “Doctor of Science” (DSc.) after completing his postgraduate studies. In 2023, he received the title of “Doctor of Philosophy” (PhD.) in the field of Political Science at the Faculty of Public Administration of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. In 2025, a foreign university from the Republic of Poland awarded him the honorary doctorate “Doctor honoris causa” (Dr.h.c.) for his merits in the field of social responsibility and cooperation with the university.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a study coordinator at the Warsaw University of Management, where he focused on attracting new students for various levels of study.
Since 2020, he has worked at the Faculty of Public Administration of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where he taught subjects such as Communication in Organization, Intercultural Communication, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Statistics, Bachelor’s Thesis Seminar, etc.
Since 2021, he has been the founder and director of this educational institution.
From 2021 to 2022, he was the chairman and statutory officer of a civic association dedicated to extracurricular educational activities.
From 2021 to 2024, he was the director of the private international Warsaw University of Management operating in the Slovak Republic.
From 2024 to 2026, he was a member of the Board of Trustees of the non-public foreign university Wyższa Szkoły Nauk Społecznych w Warszawie.
Since 2025, he has been a statutory officer and chairman of a civic association dedicated to educational activities and the field of science and research.
He has been appointed a member of various committees, conferences, such as a member of the Board of Trustees of the university, the Council of Study Programs, a member of the organizing committee of several international scientific conferences held at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. He has led, opposed and consulted several final theses at domestic and foreign universities and organizations. He has completed several foreign internships, Erasmus, study and lecture stays. He has received a number of awards, certificates and recognitions (more in the “Awards” menu). He is the author and co-author of several professional articles published in domestic and foreign scientific journals, scientific and conference proceedings and other databases, co-investigator of VVGS projects, etc. He actively participates in international scientific conferences and participates in solving selected scientific research tasks. As part of its activities, it participates in the development of a modern knowledge-based society in Slovakia, through the preparation and implementation of educational, advisory and cultural activities.
On the basis of completing several university and professional studies, whether domestic or foreign, focused on managerial thinking, development of leadership skills and achieving success in various areas of management, he/she has acquired theoretical knowledge in various areas of law, economics, political science, sociology, psychology, criminology and management with an emphasis on the structure and functioning of private and public administration.
