The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is a prestigious professional management degree focused on the management of healthcare organizations and services. Healthcare combines professional patient care with demanding operations, funding, legislation, human resources, and technology. The program helps to understand how these parts of the system relate to each other and how managerial decisions affect the availability, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the care provided.

The curriculum includes the economics and financial management of healthcare facilities, insurance, the healthcare system and its financing, operational management and marketing. The graduate should be able to assess an operational or organizational problem, work with basic economic and system contexts, set up a project and communicate change to employees and partners. The knowledge can be used in process optimization, resource planning, preparation of a digital project, service development, crisis management or building a team culture. Psychohygiene reminds us of the importance of burnout prevention and sustainable performance in a demanding environment. When leading teams, he/she uses knowledge of leadership, motivation, project management, ethics, data protection and crisis communication. He/she applies the acquired knowledge within his/her professional role and in cooperation with clinical, legal, economic and technological experts.

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSTGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAM
- The study begins every year in February and September, lasts 1 academic year (2 semesters), in full-time or distance (online) form.
- Complete study materials necessary for study are provided by the Institute.
