Graduation Ceremony in Warsaw – February 2022

On Saturday, February 5, 2022, a ceremony was held at the National Music Theater “Roma” in Warsaw to award diplomas to our graduates of postgraduate studies from Košice: Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Laws (LL.M.), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Doctor of Laws (LL.D.), Doctor of Public Health (DPH), Master of Science – Psychotraumatology (MSc.) and others.

“We are inexpressibly proud of our graduates and we would like to show this pride with this graduation ceremony. Elżbieta Urbańczyk-Baumann, canoeist, multiple world, European and Polish champion, director of the department of administration and administration of statutory bodies of the Polish Olympic Committee, this year’s graduate of the Master of Business Administration studies spoke on their behalf – explains Dr.h.c. PhDr. Marcel Orenič, PhD., DBA, LL.D., DSc. – director of the Educational Institute Košice, who attended the graduation ceremony together with the teachers of the Institute. However, the graduation is also a holiday of the university itself, so the program of this event also included the awarding of the title and rank of honorary professor of the Czech Republic to the important artist Krzysztof Cugowski, as well as the appointment of new members of the University Convention.”

On behalf of the graduates, Elżbieta Urbańczyk-Baumann, MBA – Director of the Department of Administration and Administration of Statutory Bodies of the Polish Olympic Committee, MBA graduate, gave a ceremonial speech.

The ceremony was moderated by Zygmuny Chajzer and accompanied by the singing of the choir of the Warsaw Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, which performed the songs: Bogurodzica, Gaude Mater Polonia, and Gaudeamus Igitur.

At the end, a wonderful concert by Krzysztof Cugowski, Honorary Professor of CH, took place.
